About the internship

Duration: max. 1.5 months
Location: Cluj-Napoca or Odorheiu Secuiesc
Our internship program offers an opportunity for aspiring Full Stack Developers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You have the option to choose between focusing on VueJs, Lavarel, or why not both.
Prerequisites
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Basic knowledge of Javascript (Javascript Roadmap)
- Variable (declarations, naming rules, scopes)
- Data Types (primitive types, Object)
- Data Structures (Arrays, JSON, Map, etc.)
- Loops, iterations
- Control Flow (exception handling, conditional statements)
- Functions (arguments, scope, arrow functions, this keyword, etc)
- Language requirements: English
Nice to have
It’s a plus if you have heard about the following terms 😉
- Package management (npm, yarn, etc.)
- Postman
- Debugging
- Responsive design
- Git – version control (Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket)
- HTTP/HTTPS protocol
- Terminal usage
- Semantic Versioning
- Reactive frontend
- Basic knowledge of RESTful API-s (CRUD operations)
- Language: Hungarian/Romanian
Your journey
- You will work with the following technologies, and frameworks: Typescript, Vue 3, Node JS, Express, MongoDB
- You will get familiar with some tools that help the development process such as: GitKraken, PostMan, Compass, VsCode, Trello, etc.
- You will have your own project. At the end of the internship, you’ll have to present a working application and the code
- You will participate in daily stand-ups (15-minute meetings where you talk about your progress and ask questions if you need help)
- You’ll receive periodic updates about your progress, where you can ask for help if you hit a roadblock
- You will have access to a lot of tutorial material and documentation
- You can always ask for help from other team members
How to apply
Please submit your resume/portfolio, along with a cover letter and any relevant projects you’ve worked on. Upon review, we’ll schedule an interview and provide you with a test. Following this, within 3-4 days, we’ll conduct a second interview during which you’ll present your work in English and engage in a discussion about the completed test.
Work hours will be from a civilized 9 am to a still-civilized 6 pm, on-site in Cluj-Napoca or Odorheiu Secuiesc. Don’t forget to bring your laptop, headphones with a working microphone, and optionally a mouse + keyboard. And yes, this is a paid internship.
Successful candidates will then have the opportunity to further impress us during the internship.
