We offer our services at 30% below our standard agency rates for qualifying non-profits. Every project gets a custom quote based on scope and complexity, but the bottom line is this: you get senior-led design and development without the price tag that usually comes with it. We built this program because mission-driven organizations shouldn’t have to choose between quality and budget.
Beyond our reduced non-profit rates, qualifying organizations can apply for additional sponsorship from WebGurus. Based on your project’s social impact, your organization’s budget, and alignment with our mission, we may cover 50% or more of the remaining costs. In select cases, we offer full sponsorship for high-impact projects each quarter. Think of it as our way of putting skin in the game for causes that matter.
The same people who build platforms for our commercial clients. Senior developers and designers lead every non-profit project, with talented interns and emerging developers contributing under close supervision. You’re not getting a B-team. You’re getting the full WebGurus experience, with the added bonus that your project helps train the next generation of tech talent.
Custom websites, donation platforms, volunteer portals, UI/UX redesigns, bespoke WordPress builds, and web applications. If it has a digital component and serves a social mission, we want to hear about it. We’ve built platforms for organizations like Ban Ki-moon’s foundation, Obesity Matters, and TEDx, so we’re comfortable across a wide range of non-profit needs.
Everything you’d get from a full-price engagement: discovery and scoping, UI/UX design, full development, documentation, team training, and 30 days of post-launch support. No corners cut, no features stripped. After launch, ongoing maintenance and support are available at special non-profit rates too.
Absolutely. We’re based in Transylvania (still no vampires, just developers), but we work with non-profits globally. As long as you have a registered non-profit status in your country, whether that’s a 501(c)(3) in the US or an equivalent elsewhere, you’re welcome to apply. Remote collaboration is kind of our thing.
